PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

Offering and selling services.
Performing and executing service contracts entered into with you.
Direct marketing of services offered by SAMIMUNAY sp. z o.o.
Archival purposes.
Pursuing legal claims.
Responding to your inquiries (written or verbal).
Providing access to services, scheduling meetings, presenting offers, and providing information related to services offered by SAMIMUNAY sp. z o.o.
Based on your consent: for marketing, sales, and promotional purposes, including sending advertisements, direct sales communication, or interactive commercial messages about SAMIMUNAY sp. z o.o. services, including profiling and analytics. The profile created will reflect your preferences regarding the services we provide.

Data may be processed in paper, automated, or electronic form, including by traditional mail, email, phone (including automated messages, SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, Facebook), and online meetings (Google Meet, Teams, Zoom, etc.).

DATA SHARING

1. Your personal data may be shared with entities processing data on behalf of SAMIMUNAY sp. z o.o., including:
– Insurance providers
– Legal service providers
– IT service companies
– Postal and courier companies
– Tax and accounting firms
– Payment service providers (banks, for instance for refunds)
– Hotels, travel agents, transportation and airline companies, ticket vendors, visa agents, border control, police services, and any other entities or institutions essential for service provision.

2. These entities will process data based on a contract with SAMIMUNAY sp. z o.o., within the scope specified therein.

3. Since SAMIMUNAY sp. z o.o. operates globally, your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area when necessary to perform a service contract — including to countries not deemed by the European Commission to offer adequate data protection. You may request a copy of data transferred outside the EEA.

4. SAMIMUNAY sp. z o.o. does not process any special categories of your personal data (e.g., racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic or biometric data, health data, sex life, or sexual orientation).

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Your data will be stored as long as required by applicable laws, especially accounting or contractual obligations related to services provided by SAMIMUNAY sp. z o.o.
We will cease processing your data for marketing, profiling, or analytical purposes upon receiving your objection to such processing.

YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS

At any time, you have the right to:

a) Request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of your personal data.
b) Object to processing based on our legitimate interests (e.g., direct marketing).
c) Withdraw your consent (if data is processed on the basis of consent) at any time without affecting the legality of processing done before withdrawal.
d) Request data portability for data processed for contract performance or based on your consent (we will provide your data in a commonly used format to transfer to another data controller).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Personal Data Protection Office of Poland (UODO).

OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE DATA

If you wish to purchase any service provided by SAMIMUNAY sp. z o.o., providing personal data is necessary to enter into and perform the service contract.

Consent for marketing purposes is voluntary.
